Tracking and Receipt:
We take great care in handling each artwork and will use a special carrier with online tracking for every shipment. Additional insurance for your package is available to ensure its protection during transit, though delivery times may vary due to customs or weather-related factors.

Upon delivery, please confirm receipt of the artwork immediately. If we do not receive confirmation, we consider the product delivered based on the carrier’s records or 45 days after shipment if no tracking information is provided.

If you do not receive your artwork as confirmed, and we are unable to provide proof of delivery or the package’s status has not changed within 30 days, we will consider the item lost and issue a refund.

Reservations:
Please carefully inspect the package upon receipt. Should you notice any damage, inform the carrier and us immediately.

Customs and Import Procedures:
The prices listed on our site exclude import/customs fees, which are determined by local authorities or carriers. These charges are independent of your order with us, and you will be responsible for any such costs. Should you fail to pay these charges, you may be required to cover the return shipping costs as well.

Price and Payment:
The prices displayed on our site are current at the time of purchase, with occasional slight variations due to currency fluctuations or other factors. All taxes on original works are included in the listed prices, though this does not extend to prints, licenses, or services. Delivery costs are added at the point of order validation.

Payment Terms:
We offer various payment methods, which can be selected at checkout. Payments made via Klarna are subject to their terms and conditions.

Invoices:
Invoices will be sent electronically following each payment. By purchasing, you agree to receive invoices in this format.

Default of Payment:
Late payments may incur additional penalties and recovery costs, including the potential termination of your contract with us.

Retention of Title:
All artworks remain our property until full payment has been received.

Shipping Costs:
Unless specified otherwise, all original artworks are shipped worldwide with postage included (excluding taxes and import fees). We strive to dispatch artworks within 7-10 business days of order confirmation, though longer shipping times may be indicated in the product description. Works will be sent to the address provided in your account, and it is your responsibility to ensure that this information is correct.

We take every precaution to package your artwork securely to prevent damage during transit. The works travel at our risk until you take physical possession of them, at which point the risk is transferred to you.

Return Policy:
At Nova Fine Arts by Ekaterina Nova, we place great value on the unique nature of our original artworks and Fine Art Prints. For this reason, all sales of original artworks, Limited Editions, and Fine Art Prints are considered final once they have been shipped.

However, in compliance with Klarna’s 14-day return policy, we offer a return option for unopened and undamaged original artworks and Fine Art Prints, provided that the items are returned in their original packaging and have not been tampered with. To qualify for a return, the item must remain sealed and be returned within 14 days of delivery confirmation. If the packaging has been opened or the artwork handled, the sale is final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Limited Editions & Fine Art Prints:
Due to the custom nature of Fine Art Prints, we offer a 1-hour cancellation window after purchase for modifications or cancellations before the production process begins. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately within this timeframe. After the 1-hour window, no further modifications or cancellations can be made, and the order will proceed to production.

In compliance with Klarna’s 14-day return policy, unopened and undamaged Limited Edition and Fine Art Prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the items remain sealed and in their original condition. If the packaging has been opened or the prints handled, the sale will be considered final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Freight Insurance Option:
To protect your purchase during transit, we offer optional freight insurance at checkout. If you choose this option, any claims for damage or loss during shipping will be handled directly between you and the carrier. We will assist by providing the necessary documentation, but once the artwork leaves our premises, we are not responsible for any issues during transit.

If you do not select freight insurance, any damages or delays that occur during shipping are at your own risk, and we cannot offer refunds or accept returns.


Transport Damage:
If you have selected freight insurance and your item arrives damaged, please contact the carrier immediately to file a claim. Retain all packaging and take photos of the damage, as these will be required for your claim.

Trademark Rights:
The name Nova Fine Arts by Ekaterina Nova and its associated logo are legally protected under trademark law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Gift Card Policies:
Gift cards are a wonderful way to share the beauty of Nova Fine Arts by Ekaterina Nova. You can select a gift card for any amount, starting from €50. Customers typically offer gift cards in the range of €500 to €1500, which can be used towards purchasing original works or limited editions.

• How Do I Purchase A Gift Card? Select the amount you wish to purchase, enter the recipient's name, email, and a brief message. After entering your payment details, you will receive a receipt, and the recipient will receive their gift card by email.

• Validity:
  Gift cards are valid for up to two years from the date of purchase.

• Can the recipient buy an artwork costing more than the gift card value? Yes, they will need to cover the difference with another form of payment.

• Can the recipient buy an artwork costing less than the gift card value? Yes, the remaining balance will stay on the card for future use.

• Refunds: Gift cards are non-refundable.
